Disabled Access

Assistance for Disabled Persons around the practice

If you have a disability and require help when visiting the practice please state this when making your appointment as we can then make reasonable adjustments if required.  Two consultation rooms are on the ground floor. 

Guide dogs and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf are welcome but no other animals please.

Access for Disabled People

There are two consulting rooms on the ground floor. 

There are toilet facilities on the ground floor suitable for patients who use a wheelchair or have difficulty walking.

Please let the receptionist know if you are due to see the nurse or health care assistant and cannot use the stairs and we will ensure we can accommodate you.

Disabled Parking

There are two spaces normally used by doctors at the front of the practice.  If you need to use one of these spaces to ensure easy access for a disabled patient please let reception know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Facilities for Deaf/Hard of Hearing Patients

For any patient who is deaf/hard of hearing one of our doctors is qualified in sign language and happy to asssit anyone who needs this help.  Please let the receptionist know when booking an appointment if you need to use this service.
