When We Are ClosedNHS111_(2).jpg

When the surgery is closed you will hear a recorded message on the surgery answaphone with the telephone number of 111 our Out of Hours Service.  Cover is provided from 6.30 pm to 8 am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Many problems can be dealt with over the telephone or you may be asked to attend a local surgery to be seen.

Only housebound patients will receive a visit.

Slough Walk In Centre - please see separate tab

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

All Emergency Calls (including 999 calls) are discussed with the duty doctor before a patient is taken to hospital.
